Parmar Law was founded in 2016 by former Crown Counsel Sanjiv Parmar, KC. We are located in downtown Calgary and meet clients in person or virtually. Sanjiv is an experienced lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator, and is well regarded by the Courts, his peers, and the community. He practises in arbitrations, mediations, uncontested legal services, and contested legal services. He provides legal advice in several areas of the law. He has represented thousands of clients in their legal matters, and has mediated hundreds of disputes. Sanjiv also mediates files for clients in British Columbia, and accepts arbitration appointments within Canada and internationally.
Sanjiv holds the Qualified Arbitrator, the Registered Family Mediator, and the Certified Comprehensive Family Mediator designations, and has the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate.
