With extensive experience in family and child protection mediations, we provide comprehensive mediation services, which includes pre-mediation meetings, the mediation, and a Mediation Summary.

Our Child Protection Mediations, where agreed to, and appropriate, can include caseworkers.

For parties who have not yet separated, but wish to discuss ways to resolve issues they have. When appropriate, our Pre-Mediation Services can assist parties in resolving issues, to obtain general information, including regarding resources available to them, and to work towards the stability of the family unit.

For individuals wishing to speak to a lawyer for legal advice, we provide, at our consultation fee, comprehensive legal consultations, including providing legal advice and legal options.

We provide a comprehensive Wills, Power of Attorney and Personal Directive package, for individuals and couples. We work with you to go through the terms of the documents to ensure the documents are tailored to your specific needs and wishes, and we provide advice accordingly.

For individuals who wish to get assistance with specific aspects of a file. This can include drafting pleadings, reviewing documents, and sending correspondence. This can also include legal coaching files.

We provide Notary Public, and Commissioner of Oaths services, including providing certified true copies of documents.
